Annual Family Pictures

We were able to  finally update our family photo after 2 years!  We’ve decided to make it our family’s birthday tradition which happens to be our anniversary on September 28th.  This year was different than most years before because of the changes I have personally made in my life this last year.  I came into this with a stress free mind because in years past just thinking about family pictures I would get anxiety over it. Elder Tyler Chapman

Waiting in anticipation to open that letter behind him. Elder Tyler Chapman you are hearby called to serve as a missionary of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints to serve in The Alpine German Speaking Mission you are to report to the Provo Missionary Training Center on August 8, 2012 We had an amazing day with Tyler today first of all we attending his farewell at church and he spoke of the Atonement.  That night all the adults and Reeghan and older went to President Wilkinson’s house where we all gathered together and Tyler recieved some last instruction and guidance from him. Tyler then went around the whole room and said one nice thing about everyone.  It was such a sweet and tender moment everyone was crying and the spirit was so strong in that room.  Tyler is the kind of young man that I dream my boys will become.  He is incredible and such a willing soul to do just about anything for anyone. He encouraged us as a family to write in our journals and hence the reason why I started up this blog again.  I sure miss him!...

Chapman Sister Weekend

I got dropped off on our way back home from Utah to hang out with these girls for the weekend at Hope’s house. We ate at the restaurant at the golf course by her house.  I hadn’t showered yet so they had to deal with my camping aroma!  It’s always fun to just sit around a table and on couches and just talk and talk. We slept at Hope’s house and she kicked out her husband and kids.  We had way too much fun and stayed up too late chit chatting. We woke up the next morning and drove straight to the thrift store for some finds.  Amy and I found these somewhat matching mo mo dresses so we could try on pants and skirts.  We scored on some great things! We went to lunch at Chipotle and chatted more then went back to Hope’s house to show off all our finds.  We all tried on and modeled our clothes for...
