Century 100 at Lyceum

Only 5 exercises in our workout today however we need to do 100 of each. 30 seconds work 30 seconds rest until you’ve done all 500 reps.

Wow! It was intense but I worked along side some motivating people so I was able to get through it.

Surround yourselves with positive and motivating people. You can do anything you put your mind too. I’ve come along way and I’m so impressed with the mind shift I’ve made in regards to exercise.

I used to work hard at exercising consistently for 3 months then I’d take a 3 month break cause id get burnt out and bored.

But Lyceum keeps it fresh and I’m addicted to this workout. I love coming eachday because I don’t know what to expect and they push me to my limit.
